and the jury aforesaid present that Kath wife of Jn Grant and before wife of Nich Game who held to herself for the term of her life the remainder after her decease to the children of the said Nich Game and Kath certain customary lands called Bettingsland held of the lord of this manor by copy of court roll died after the last court and that none now came at this court to take the premises out of the hands of the lord therefore they precept the bailiff to seize into the hands of the lord the lands and tenements and answer to the lord for the profits thereof
