six item whether did the said defendant Roger Harlakenden or any other by his procurement give out to any person or persons that were occupiers of the said lands or any part thereof or to any other person or persons during the time he had commission to sell the said lands that the said earl could not make good assurance of the said lands for that the said lands were so encumbered that the same lands were little worth or to any such effect or what other matter or thing have you heard touching or concerning the same
