examined upon the first second third seventh and eighth interrogatories says that he is servant to the said earl the now complainant as before is deposed and hath known him these three years past and more and saith that he hath known Roger Harlakenden and Rich Harlakenden the now defendants much about that time two that he hath credibly heard it affirmed and believeth it to be true that the said Roger Harlakenden one of the defendants did make means by sundry his friends about some three years past to serve the said honourable earl and to be officer to the surveyor of lands and for the receiving of his rents and other revenues and further he cannot depose
