three that about three years past or more it was commonly spoken and said in Essex where the premises lie that the said Roger Harlakenden had bought all the lands belonging unto the late priory for the sum of 700li or thereabouts but where or when that bargain was agreed on or by whom this deponent cannot depose by this of his own knowledge nor to whom the said sum of 700li was paid
