two to the second he can depose nothing material but such a speech he heard since the beginning of this suit as this interrogatory mentioneth and before the suit began viz immediately upon the death of the last incumbent he heard such a thing spoken of but he knoweth nothing thereof whereby he may safely depose anything touching the same
