five item whether do you know or have you credibly heard that any deed or writing whereby the said messuage and tenement was first conveyed from the said Robt Wordsworth to the said Jeff Cuckoe and Rose or otherwise was afterwards cancelled altered or changed or otherwise embezzled frustrated or consumed by the practice knowledge or consent of the said Jeff in his lifetime or by any other being then counsel with him in that matter or whose advise and direction he therein followed
