three that he well knoweth that the right honourable Edw now earl of Oxenford was heretofore seised of the said manor of Earls Colne with appurtenances and as this deponent now remembreth his lordship was seised thereof some twelve or fourteen years since or thereabouts and saith that the said earl at such time as he was seised of the said manors of Earls Colne and Colne Priory was likewise seised of the said lands called Bunners and Bettingsland but how many acres they do contain or what they are worth to be letten by the year he cannot depose
