seventeen item did the said defendant Rich Harlakenden or any other for him or to his use take up at any court held for the said manor of Earls Colne the 6a of woodland mentioned in the precedent interrogatory according to the effect and purport of the note or memoranda specified in the precedent interrogatory and now showed unto you if yea then who did take up the said woodland for the said defendant and by whose means and persuasion was the said 6a of woodland so taken up by you or by any other to the said defendant's use
