seven that the now complainant Rose upon the death of her former husband Jeff Cuckoke did enjoy all the close or parcel of wood ground called Curds Grove being parcel of the copyhold lands now in question and did so enjoy the said close until such time as she about six years since or more sold 6a thereof unto the said now defendant Harlakenden and still the complainant Rose holdeth and enjoyeth all the rest of the said close or ground
