one to the first interrogatory saith that he knoweth Edw Rosse and his wife named for complainants in this suit and Rich Harlakenden esq and Jeff Cuckoe named for two of the defendants but the other defendants this deponent knoweth not although that he hath seen them but saith that he this deponent did well know Roger Harlakenden esq deceased in the article named late father of the said defendant Rich Harlakenden
