fifteen that the name Roger Harlakenden subscribed unto the writing in the latin words# there in parchment purporting to be a copy of court roll of the said manor of Earls Colne dated on thursday 18.9.31Eliz1 and now showed unto this deponent at the time of his examination is very like unto the handwriting of the said Roger Harlakenden the father of the said defendant Rich Harlakenden and this deponent doth think it so to be but doth not know that so to be neither doth this deponent know of whose handwriting the said produced writing is nor of whose handwriting the word Cock subscribed hereunto is nor more can materially say to the contents of this interrogatory
