three that this deponent having been heretofore examined in this cause on the part and behalf of the defendant mr Harlakenden did perceive by the interrogatories then ministered to him that the now complainant Rose Rosse found herself grieved for some such matter as is mentioned in the interrogatory but what just cause she had thereof this deponent saith he knoweth not
