sixth that he hath heard one Robt Parker say that there was a false copy made of his house to his brother but the effect of the copy this defendant saith he doth not now remember nor can this defendant depose whether the said Parker's house do belong to the manor of Earls Colne or Colne Priory and this he saith is as much as he can materially depose to this interrogatory or any part thereof
