four it is true that the now complainant Rose when she was the widow of Robt Partridge her second husband did use this deponent's advise and had his help and direction in the delivering and preparing of some conditional surrenders to her use of copyhold that have been surrendered there unto her and likewise in the drawing up of a conveyance whereby she did sell away one messuage or tenement but not of any other land which was her said late husband Cuckoe's inheritance to the now best remembrance of him this deponent and this deponent saith that the said messuage or tenement was sold for 76li and other lands tenements or messuages of the said Cuckoe's the said complainant Rose hath not sold with this deponent's privity or by his advise or direction as is supposed in this interrogatory and more to this interrogatory or in this be half this deponent saith he cannot materially depose Simon Ive
