four item whether do you know or have you credibly heard that at the said trial in the last precedent interrogatory mentioned the said Robt Partridge claimed the said tenement and lands as copyhold by copy of court roll of the said manor and that the said Roger Harlakenden made title to the same as lord of the said manor by reason of a forfeiture committed by the said Robt whether upon the same trial was not the verdict and judgement thereupon given for the said Roger Harlakenden whether after the same judgement was the said Roger put in possession of the said tenement and lands by the sheriff of the said county did not the said Roger Harlakenden continue in possession thereof until an agreement made between him and the said Robt Partridge declare your whole knowledge concerning the contents of this interrogatory
