four item whether were you a servant to Jn Cooke late of Rochford Essex esq deceased and dwelt with him in his house within two or three years before his death whether did the said Jn Cooke during that time keep court for Roger Harlakenden esq deceased then lord of the manor of Earls Colne for the said manor whether did the said Jn Cooke then and in any years before keep courts for the then lord Riche and divers other persons of great credit and quality for divers manors in Essex or elsewhere declare your whole knowledge herein and what you have credibly heard
