three that as he hath before deposed he was one of the said mr Cooke's clerks by the space of about twenty years together and he was most and during all that time dwelling in the house with him and as he remembreth he was and continued as one of his clerks to his dying day or till some small time before and all the time that this deponent was so with him he saith that the said mr Cooke did ordinarily keep five or six courts at a time and sometimes more and sometimes less and this is all he saith to this interrogatory
