two that he was present at a trial for certain lands at the assizes holden at Brentwood in Essex about some eight years ago in an action brought by him this deponent in the name of one Thos Pamphlen this deponent's then tenant against Wm Adams clerk and he saith that Robt Parker in the article named was there at the same trial produced as a witness by and on the behalf of the said Adams and he saith that in respect of the bad carriage and behaviour of the said Parker when he came into the court before the judge which then was sir Hen Montagu now lord viscount Mandeville he the said lord Montague did rebuke and find fault with the said Parker and told him openly before all the court that as he was revoked in his person so he was crooked in his condition and that another place was fitter for him than that and this is all he saith to this interrogatory
