one that he knoweth the complainants and mr Harlakenden named for one of the defendants but the other defendants he knoweth not but he saith he did very well know Jn Cooke esq enquired of in the interrogatory when he was living for this deponent did dwell in house with him and was one of his clerks for the space of some five years or thereabouts and as this deponent taketh it he mr Cooke died about a year or two after this deponent went from him and as he thinketh it is now about thirty one or thirty two years ago since he the said mr Cooke died
