one that he doth now lately know the said defendant mr Harlakenden but he knoweth none of the other defendants in this suit nor any of the complainants but the complainant Rose and her he hath known many years and he did very well know Robt Partridge the late husband of the said complainant Rose when he was living and he knew him many years before his death for he was this deponent's brother in law
