three it is true that the said defendant Rose whilst she so sojourned and kept in the house of the now complainants did many times as she had occasion employ the said complainant Ralph Lunt to attend upon her when she went abroad about her business and suits in law and otherwise also to go up and down on her errands the said Ralph Lunt then and yet being a tradesman viz a dice maker which trade the said now defendant Rose did cause the said Ralph to neglect very much and to loose and great deal of time in and about her business to his great loss and hindrance (torn) able to depose but did perceive that the said Ralph Lunt did loose his customers (torn) gentlemen that used to buy dice of him and came sometimes in the term time a dozen or sixteen in a day in a forenoon for dice which when the said Ralph was abroad with the defendant Rose he loss the sale of sometime a crown's worth in a day and sometimes more as this deponent hath heard the said Ralph often say
