seven that there never passed any such words between this deponent and the defendant Rose as are expressed in this interrogatory neither did this deponent at any time so charge the said Rose as in this interrogatory set down neither can this deponent say anything else material to the contents of this interrogatory to other effect than as before she hath deposed
