four he doth very well know that one Robt Partridge son of the said defendant Rose by her said husband Partridge at her request and by her appointment did sojourn in the house of the said Ralph Lunt and had his meat drink and lodging there at and upon the costs and charges of the said Ralph for the most part of three years together at sundry times both in term and out of term and it is about twenty six or twenty eight years agone as this deponent taketh it that the said Robt Partridge the son did so sojourn in the house of the said Ralph Lunt
