three he doth know it to be true that the said Rose in and during the time that she so sojourned and kept at and in the house of the said Ralph Lunt did very often employ the said Ralph to attend upon her when she went abroad and to go up and down on her errands and likewise to follow some of her suits in law and to do other business for her as her occasions required to the great hindrance and loss of the complainant being a tradesman viz a dice maker she the said defendant Rose causing the said Ralph thereby to neglect his time but to what value the said Ralph was thereby damnified this deponent saith he cannot materially depose but saith that the said Ralph by his so neglecting of his time lost his customers gentlemen and other men of good fashion
