six she hath many time heard the said defendant Rose when she used to sojourn with the said Ralph Lunt tell him that if god spared her life and health and that her suits were at an end she would give him content for all his costs and charges bestowed upon her and hers and that she would make him a full recompense or award for all his pains and travail taken for her and in and about her business and that by the grace of god he the said Ralph Lunt should not loose a penny by her or to that effect but this deponent saith she remembreth not that ever she heard the said Rose name any certain or particular sum of money that she would give the said Ralph Lunt in consideration of the premises neither can this deponent say anything else material to this interrogatory
