six all that he can materially depose or say thereunto is that he this deponent and his wife and some other the said Ralph neighbours being one night at supper in the house of the said Ralph and in the company of the said Rose who was called by the name of mrs Partridge she the said Rose amongst other words and speeches which then passed between the said Ralph Lunt and the said defendant Rose this deponent heard the said Rose say unto the said Ralph thus or to this effect viz " well Ralph I thank thee for all thy kindness and if it please god I live I will give thee something for the same one day " nominating particularly what she would give him nor when which words of the said Rose this deponent saith were by her spoken within these eight years and when she was Partridge's widow as this deponent taketh it
