eight that on a time he this deponent did demand of the said defendant Rose why she went about to sell the copyhold lands of her husband Cuckock and to disinherit her children which she had by the said Cuckoke of the same and this deponent saith that the answer of the said Rose thereunto was that she did it for the good of her said children or to that effect and this deponent saith that as he taketh it it was in april or may now last past was twelve months that this speech or conference passed between this deponent and the said Rose or that this deponent be mistaken in the time which he certainly remembreth not he saith it was about the time that the said Rose began her late suit in this honourable court against mr Harlakenden the said Ralph Lunt and others
