four that the said defendant Rose during the time that she lodged at the said complainants house had no company of her own with her but only this deponent and this deponent saith that he did not diet about two times in the said complainants house during the time that the said Rose lodged in the said complainants house and also saith that during all the several times that the said Rose lodged in the said complainants house she was wife unto the said Robt Partridge and this he saith is all that he can depose to this interrogatory
