eight item when was the said plaintiff Rose first admitted tenant of the said copyhold messuage and lands now in question what estate had she in the said messuage and lands upon her said admittance did she at any time come into open court of the said manor or of either of them and make any actual or real surrender of the said messuage and lands or of any of them after she was first admitted tenant to them as aforesaid if yea then into the court of which of the said manors did she come when and to whose use did she make any such surrender by whom and in whose presence was she so examined in open court before she made the said surrender when and by whom and how long time was any benefit or profit or possession of the said messuage or lands or of any part of them received or taken by force of any such surrender made by the said plaintiff from and out of the hands and possession of the said plaintiff is she now in or some other to her use in possession of the said messuage and lands and how long time has she been so in quiet possession and how and upon what surrender or admittance and when did she come to be readmitted to the possession of the said messuage and l ands again and when and by whom was she so admitted and what fine did she pay upon her said readmittance and to whom set down the truth herein by the oath you have taken
