item to the fourth interrogatory this deponent saith that the said Rose the daughter did tell this deponent that one of her brothers one of the said Cuckoe's children died in the said town of Lamarsh a cripple surfeited with cold and this deponent saith that he heard divers of the inhabitants of the said town say that such a lame creature came upon stilts begging to the town and there died in a barn and his feet rotted of but this deponent himself knew not the said cripple and further to this interrogatory he cannot depose
