three item to the third interrogatory this deponent saith that he did know Rose Cuckoe one of the daughters of Rose one of the complainants about some twenty five years ago who came unto this deponent's house to ask service who having a grandmother in the next town was demanded by this deponent why she went not to her answer was that she was already troubled with two or three of her brothers and sisters being the children of the said complainant Rose by her former husband Cuckoe and the said Rose the daughter then said to this deponent that she durst not go to her mother for she put all her children to their shifts
