two to the second interrogatory this deponent saith that Jeff Cuckoe late husband of the said Rose complainant was in his lifetime owner of two messuages in Colchester nigh unto Buttals Gate there but whether he was seised thereof at the time of his death this deponent knoweth not neither doth this deponent know whether the said Cuckoe was seised or owner of any other houses lands or leases in Colchester aforesaid at the time of his death he knoweth not and more to this interrogatory he cannot depose
