ten whether did not you on 17.5.1606 throw Mary wife of Wm Edes violently down upon the ground she having a young child in her arms and whether did not the said child by reason of the violence of the fall lie in a swound as dead upon the ground and whether you did drag Mary upon the ground by the shoulders if you did these or any of these things then what moved you so to do by what title authority or warrant did you keep possession of the mill with such outrageous violence contrary to your covenant and agreement made with Strutt and whether have not Strutt and all those that claimed under him lawful right and title on the 17.5.1606 for the possession of the mill and who advised you to the contrary if he or they had not any right and declare your reasons therefore
