sixteen did Edes allege to mr Waldgrave that he was in lawful possession and that he did not keep otherwise than as it was lawful for him to do and did not Edes offer mr Waldgrave that he mr Tiffin and the constable or any of them should come in at their pleasure and see that he did not keep the (torn) whether Edes did not use the same or the like speeches before the mr Waldgrave sent the constable of Earls Colne for more men and what answer made for them the said mr Waldgrave thereunto
