thirty two whether did not you confer consult or agree with mr Harlakenden to enquire of a riot to be committed by Edes and his wife Strutt Sillitoe Peartree and others with purpose to shadow your own misdemeanours and the misdemeanours of Harlakenden and others and how came it to pass that Harlakenden had there his counsel for that purpose and wherefore did you not then charge the jury then empanelled to enquire of the riots and misdemeanours committed by Harlakenden his servants and others whether at the time of the verdict there given were the doors shut and the verdict taken privately if yea then what was the cause thereof and whether did you urge persuade or enforce the jury to go back again and find a riot to be committed by Edes and others beforenamed when they agreed to find an ignoramus
