three did Wm Edes offer mr Waldgrave that he should come into the mill that you should come with him and whether the said Edes offer that the constable should come into the mill with you or with mr Waldgrave or alone if it pleased you or any other persons come into the mill except only the servants of the said Harlakenden if the said Edes made these or any other offers of like effect then for what cause did mr Waldgrave refuse the same and for what cause after those offers were made did he charge the constable to fetch a greater number of men
