to the seventh question says that he and divers of mr Harlakenden's servants did not upon 17.5. and before or afterwards come to the mill from the house of mr Harlakenden through a way on the backside of the mill as is suspected in the interrogation neither does he plainly know that any wall or walls of the millhouse was broken down neither can he depose to the rest of the interrogation saving he says he thinks that if any wall or walls of the millhouse were broken down it was not done of any purpose to have help from mr Harlakenden's house to keep possession as is suspected in the question
