to the seventeenth question he says that mr Waldgrave his master did not in his hearing threaten to pull down the millhouse onto Edes or to burn it or to commit Edes to prison except he would come forth and leave the possession thereof neither did mr Waldgrave in the hearing or knowledge of Plumb send the constable to fetch twenty armed men for the purpose in the interrogation supposed says that mr Waldgrave in his hearing willed the constable to fetch some more company to be aiding with him mr Waldgrave to be entering into the millhouse to see if it were held with force or not further he cannot depose
