to the second question he says that Sam Diglett the younger and Jn Diglett did report to him that Edes had such a lease and both or one of them had been with Edes to take counsel on it but he does not remember that Sam and Jn Diglett reported that the lease was esteemed by the counsel to be a good lease as in the interrogation supposed
