to the fourteenth he said that he did come to the mill presently after the coming of mr Waldgrave and mr Tiffin and came thither to wait and attend on mr Tiffin his master and for no other purpose and he had no weapons about him but a walking stick in his hand and mr Tiffin his master had the like and what weapon mr Waldgrave had he does not know he says he came not thither with any intent or purpose to aid or assist mr Waldgrave to pull Edes out of his possession of the mill as in the interrogation supposed
