to the seventh says that he and divers of mr Harlakenden's servants did before and after 17.5. come unto the mill from Harlakenden's house through a way on the backside of the mill the wall of an outhouse belonging to the millhouse and on the backside of the mill being broken down and says that the wall was broken down but when and by whom he did not remember to the end and purpose that the servants of mr Harlakenden might at the broken wall as an entrance way come into the millhouse says it might be though he cannot precisely say that some of the servants of mr Harlakenden came into the millhouse on 17.5.last from the house of Rich Harlakenden through the way on the backside of the mill but that the said way was not made or used of purpose that help might be had that way from Harlakenden to keep possession as in the interrogatory is supposed
