to the fourteenth says on 19.5. mr Waldgrave and mr Tiffin with two men attending on them came to the mill mr Waldgrave came thither to find out whether the mill was holden with force or not and after their coming he and divers others whose names he cannot set down came also to the mill and says he had not any weapons then about him and thinks that mr Waldgrave's man had a sword and dagger about him and what weapons any other had he does not know he came to the mill to see what was done and for no other purpose not saving any intent or knowledge that any other had any intent or purpose to aid or assist mr Waldgrave in pulling Edes out of the mill as is supposed
