three did not the parsons of Lavenham in Suffolk and others who had the right unto the tithes of the dissolved priory of Colne in Lavenham many and often times compound and agree for the tithes supposed to belong to the above named priory so as when any tithes were gathered for the priory abovesaid that gathering in any other grounds in Lavenham than Liverden was in exchange of the tithes out of Liverden so as when they gathered in Liverden they did not gather in other grounds and when they gathered in other grounds they then did not gather in Liverden
