to the second saith that he hath not in his custody to his knowledge or hath seen in the custody of his father or any others to his now remembrance any such book or books or other writings wherein the evidence concerning the lands tenements rents pensions portions of tithes or sums of money belonging to the same priory or any of them are registered or recorded other than such heretofore delivered into the court of chancery and such as he hath confessed in his answer put into this court and saith that he hath no books or rentals or deeds of confirmation to his knowledge wherein the said portions of tithes rents pensions or sums of money in the information mentioned are registered or recorded or any particular of the lands liable to the payment of the said portions of tithes to his remembrance nor more can answer to that article Rich Harlakenden
