to all christian people to whomsoever this present writing shall come Hen Morley of Earls Colne bricklayer sendeth greeting etc know ye that the said Hen Morley for and in consideration of the full sum of 19li to me the said Hen Morley in hand paid by Phil Moal of the same town and county husbandman and before the ensealing and delivery hereof receipt whereof I the said Hen Morley do acknowledge myself fully satisfied contented and paid and the same and every part thereof do exonerate acquit release and discharge the said Phil Moal his heirs executors administrators and every of them forever hereafter by these presents as also for divers other good causes considerations conditions and agreements hereafter to be performed and herein mentioned hath given granted bargained and sold enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents doth fully freely and absolutely give grant bargain sell enfeoff deliver and confirm unto the said Phil Moal all that my freehold tenement or cottage and garden and appurtenances situate lying and being or on or very near the green of Earls Colne aforesaid now in the tenure or occupation of Hen Wiseman and the reversion and reversions etc and all my estate right etc whatsoever of me of in or to the premises and every part thereof together with all deeds evidences writings concerning the same premises and every part thereof to have and to hold the said tenement cottage and garden with all and singular every their appurtenances and the reversion etc together with the said deed evidences and writing which concern the same unto the said Phil Moal and after his decease to Jn Moole son of the said Phil and his heirs and assigns forever and to none other use intent purpose whatsoever to hold of the chief lord or lords of the fee by ancient rents and services thereof to be due and of right accustomed and I the said Hen Morley doth covenant promise and grant with the said Phil Moal his heirs executors administrators and assigns by these presents that I the said Hen Morley now is and stand at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents and at the time of the first estate to be hereupon executed seised in my own right and rights use and uses of good and indefeasible estate in fee simple and in the said premises and every part thereof discharged and acquitted of and from all and all manner of former and other bargain sale fine etc and from all other title charges etc and that I the said Hen Morley have full power and good right and lawful authority in my right or rights name or names to give grant bargain sell assure and convey the same premises in manner and form above mentioned and that I the said Hen Morley my heirs and assigns and every other person and persons having or pretending to have any lawful estate right title interest of in or unto the same premises or any part thereof shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter during the time and space of 7years now next ensuing after the date of these presents make do suffer acknowledge and execute or cause to be made done acknowledge and execute and suffered all and every such further act or acts etc for the further and better assuring and more sure making of the abovementioned bargained premises and every part thereof with the appurtenances to the said Phil Moal and after his decease to the said Jn Moal his son and to his heirs and assigns forever in witness whereof I the said Hen Morley have hereunto set my hand and seal date 23.5.1668 mark Hen Morley
