the condition of this present obligation is such that if the within named

his heirs and assigns and every of them shall and may forever more from henceforth peaceably and quietly have hold occupy possess and enjoy all that tenement or cottage with the yards backsides thereunto belonging with the appurtenances as the same is lying and being in Earls Colne on a certain green called Colne Green and every part and parcel thereof mentioned to be bargained and sold by the within bounden
