this is the final agreement made at the court of the king at Westminster in the octave of the purification of the virgin mary 1724 etc before the justices Peter King Robt Gray Robt Brwer# and Alex# Wenton and other faithful subjects of the king then there between Robt Andrews gentleman plaintiff and Jn Wistow and Mary his wife deforciants concerning one messuage a barn a stable two curtilages two gardens two orchards and 5a of arable land with appurtenances in White Colne Earls Colne and Colne Engaine concerning which a plea of covenant has been summoned between them in the same court namely that the aforesaid Jn and Mary have acknowledged the aforesaid tenement and appurtenances to be the right of the same Robt as that which the same Robt had of the gift of the aforesaid Jn and Mary and they remise it and quitclaim for the same Jn and Mary and his heirs to the aforesaid Robt and his heirs forever and moreover the same Jn and Mary have granted for themselves and the heirs of the same Jn that they will warrant to the aforesaid Robt and his heirs the aforesaid tenement and appurtenances against the aforesaid Jn and Mary and the heirs of the same Jn forever and lastly the same Jn and Mary have granted for themselves and the heirs of the same Mary that they will warrant to the aforesaid Robt and his heirs the aforesaid tenement and appurtenances against the aforesaid Jn and Mary and the heirs of the same Mary forever and for this acknowledgement remise quitclaim warrant fine and agreement the same Robt has given to the aforesaid Jn and Mary 70li sterling
