stjn bapt Hen prior of Colum plaintiff Reginald de Selverleg and Petronilla his wife defendants one messuage 60a of land 3a2r of meadow 7a of wood and 2s of rent with appurtenances in Bello Campo Willelmi plea of covenant defendants acknowledged the said tenement to wit all that tenement with appurtenances which Rich Visdelu previously held of them and which plaintiff had of the gift of Rich without any retainment except 2a3r of pasture with appurtenances to be the right of plaintiff and his church of the Blessed Mary of Colum to hold of defendants and their heir by the yearly rent of 6d at michaelmas and doing foreign service to wit 20d for scutage more or less when it shall happen which services the same Rich previously used to do for the said tenement and plaintiff quitclaimed for him and his successors to defendants all his right and claim in the said 2a3r of pasture to wit in those 2a3r which Joan Visdelu who was the wife of Peter Tregoch sometime held by name of dower
