to the third fourth and fifth articles of the said allegations she said and deposed that upon the day in which the articulate Wm Collin removed his household stuff in carts from Bardfield to dwell in Haulsted which in may next is about seven years ago this deponent being in the said Wm Collin's house in Bardfield aforesaid there was then with the articulate Isabel Collin one Jn Freeman of Much Bardfield and they went both together into the chamber over the kitchen and being there alone together this deponent went up thither also and found them standing together very suspiciously he having one hand in her placket and the other about her neck and was kissing her in a very lascivious manner then this deponent seeing the manner of their behaviour together went down and being gone a little while the articulate Isabel Collin called her up again out of the window and when she came she found the said Freeman almost out of breath and the said Isabel had her ruff beaten down behind and bruised flat whereby this deponent did suspect that there had been some ill act passed between them and further she deposeth that there were other signs of lewdness betwixt them and so she left them sitting together upon the bed and further she does not know to depose
