to the seventeenth article he said that within the time articulate the articulate Wm Collin did go with the constable to Middleton's house and did fetch home the said Isabel from thence and this he knoweth to be true because he saw the said Wm when he went out and when he came back again the said Isabel came home with him and he said then in this deponents presence he had fetched her from thence and further he does not know to depose
